Carers/ Well Being Days

A day to learn new skills and be pampered, leaving you refreshed, relaxed and in control.

We are team of 3 professional women provide half day and full day workshop programmes, tailored towards the needs of those in caring roles and also for people living with chronic & enduring mental health problems.

In designing and providing these programmes we draw on our extensive experience within both the NHS mental health sector and private sector. Emily and Anita have both worked for a number of years in Mental health settings, e.g. The Women’s Service in East Sussex . As part of this service they set up and run weekly ‘mental well being drop- in’ mornings for women living in the community with chronic and enduring mental health problems. The evaluation of this service showed excellent feedback from the women that used it.

The purpose of the workshops is to provide a safe & nurturing space for small groups, where we can deliver a good balance of tools and skills to manage day to day stress, as well as a feeling of having been pampered
